Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen Reinhausen completes C.a.p.t. acquisition

Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) took full control of the C.a.p.t. joint venture.

Alessandro Serafini signed the new contracts at the corporate headquarters in Trissino in northern Italy as a representative of the shareholding families.

According to MR, C.a.p.t. is a world-renowned manufacturer that primarily produces sliding de-energized tap-changers. Its development and manufacturing activities are concentrated in its plant in Trissino (near Vicenza). The complete integration of C.a.p.t. serves to carry on the excellent work of C.a.p.t., further develop its products and expand its customer service.

Alessandro Serafini will continue to lead and further develop the company as CEO.

Through its integration into the Reinhausen group, C.a.p.t. will look to benefit from the group’s engineering skill, global market presence and investment readiness.
